ABOUT ME
I am curious, well organised, aim high and always on the look for new possibilities and ways to bring ideas, concepts or visions into reality. I am comfortable leading others when needed and I interact and liase easily with diverse groups of people.
Further, I have a network in different fields of interest. I have worked with entrepreneurs, start-ups, young people, creatives and corporates.

My latest adventure brought in me in the construction industry.
WHAT I'VE DONE
I have worked for different projects like: TEDxAmsterdamED (managing director), TEDxAmsterdam (program team), Duurzame Jonge 100 (PR), Live on Demand (program manager),
Emerce (program manager) and Impact Hub (Business Model Challenge).

In 2016 I founded 'The best freelancers in town' a platform to show the best freelancers in town to match them to companies.

In 2018 I founded the company 'Klushulp Rotterdam' and 'Damian and Linda Verbouwingen'.
​
Currently I am working as project manager for Oedipus Brewing (part of Heineken NL) and as Marketing Communication specialist for one of the biggest real estate agents in Rotterdam.

With over 13 years of experience in Marketing and Project Management, I organize, create and coordinate events and large-scale projects — from concept to execution.

I thrive in complex, high-pressure environments where creativity and structure need to come together.

As a business founder, I’ve learned how to turn ideas into reality, and I use that entrepreneurial mindset to help organizations launch new concepts, build strong brands and create spaces that inspire.
